Cancellation Policy
Global Terrain Vacations
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official website www.globalterrainvacations.com or via email at support@globalterrainvacations.com.
A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking.
Full or partial payment (as per package terms) is required to confirm a reservation.
Prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us by email. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:

| 30 days or more | 25% of the tour cost |
| 14–29 days | 50% of the tour cost |
| 7–13 days | 100% of the tour cost |
Note: If any member of the group needs to cancel, please inform us at least 15 days prior to departure.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation charges.
No refund will be provided for unused services or "no-shows."
Train and flight tickets, once booked, are non-refundable unless specified.
4. Child Policy

| 3–6 years (without bed) | 50% of adult rate |
| 7–11 years (with extra bed) | 100% of adult rate |
| 12 years and above | Considered as adult |
Please provide the child’s date of birth or valid age proof at the time of booking.
5. Changes to Bookings
Requests for changes must be made in writing.
Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Liability
Global Terrain Vacations acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers. We are not liable for any delays, accidents, or loss beyond our control.
Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance and documentation (passports, visas, etc.).
7. Force Majeure
Global Terrain Vacations is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
